Where's The Wool From? Merino

Posted by Tom Gatenby at

Highly valued from the middle ages right up to the present day, Merino wool is some of the finest and softest sheep wool around! Merino wool is finely crimped and soft – which is why it’s so popular as a knitting yarn. The wool on the Merino doesn’t stop growing, so to avoid health concerns, they need to be shorn regularly.

We now have well a well-established supply chain and are 100% committed to focusing on the traceability of our wool products to keeping work in Britain. You can get your own undyed wool tops for felting or dyeing here - the question is, what will you do with yours?
